This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process.

• Represent the client as a brand ambassador, committed to attracting outstanding talent.

• Ensure proactive and timely updates regarding the status of the search.

• Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance and industry insights to the hiring leader.

• Conduct an in-depth job scope meeting with the hiring leader to establish position specifications.

• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and decide who advances in the recruitment process.

• Create and manage recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans.

• Identify candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews by coaching them on logistical details.

• Analyze and compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.

• At least two years of recruiting experience with proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Skilled in Boolean search methods for sourcing candidates.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
