• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with **high volume labor** **positions**.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster strong, productive relationships.

• Proven experience in successfully collaborating with key stakeholders and hiring managers to facilitate effective recruitment.

• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficient with the latest technology and recruitment tools.

• Skillfully pre-screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit concerning role requirements, while serving as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and identify the right talent, ensuring that objectives are achieved.

• Able to provide market insights as a subject matter expert, guiding the recruitment process and adding value to key stakeholders.
