📋 Description

• Develop and implement tailored, comprehensive staffing strategies for positions ranging from entry-level to executive, collaborating closely with hiring managers and fellow recruitment team members.

• Identify and attract high-quality, diverse, and passive candidates using innovative methods.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders within the organization.

• Efficiently utilize technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews, consistently meeting or surpassing expectations.

• Remain well-versed in all market trends and competitive dynamics.

• Proven history of successfully sourcing and hiring hard-to-find candidates while operating in a high-volume environment.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and client service abilities; exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to providing regular updates and feedback in a clear and respectful manner.

• Demonstrated capability to gain the attention and respect of senior-level executives, hiring managers, and candidates alike.

• Over 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, particularly in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
