• Oversee the entire recruitment process for designated roles, encompassing clinical, medical, and non-clinical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into staffing requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
• Identify potential candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Evaluate resumes, perform initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Organize and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep precise and current candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Paylocity.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare hiring standards, which include background checks, license verification, and credentialing when applicable.
• Assist in the onboarding process by managing pre-employment requirements.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates to HR leadership.
• Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and community outreach when necessary.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple job requisitions at once.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and online recruitment tools, specifically Paylocity.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience in recruiting within healthcare, medical, public health, or community-focused organizations.
• Understanding of clinical roles such as nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, community health workers, clinicians, etc.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance mandates, including background checks, immunizations, and licensure.
• Previous work experience in nonprofit, public health, or medical settings.
