Recruiter – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Implement recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience

• Evaluate and qualify prospective candidates

• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers for collaboration

• Develop a strong talent pipeline

• Foster relationships with referrals and internal stakeholders

• Monitor and report on interviews, placements, and retention metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels

• Capability to manage a substantial requisition load (20+ positions)

• Experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates is preferred

• Proficiency with ATS, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Ability to operate across different time zones

• Adaptability to change quickly

• Excellent presentation skills

• Empathy in interactions with individuals
