Recruiter Specialist – Todas las ciudades de Colombia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment processes from start to finish (end-to-end)

• Post job openings and handle requisitions

• Source talent, particularly for challenging or niche profiles

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter daily to build high-quality pipelines

• Optimize job descriptions to attract superior candidates

• Track processes in ATS (ADP) and tools like Asana

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiter

• Experience in recruitment within the USA

• Advanced English proficiency (C1)

• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (Essential)

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Strong sourcing skills (not just inbound)

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
