This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Outbound Calls: Conduct daily mass outbound calls to assess and re-engage candidates.
• Recruitment: Source caregivers (HHA, CNA, PCA, companions) through job boards and databases.
• Follow-up: Schedule interviews, update the pipeline, and perform follow-ups to minimize no-shows.
• Administration: Assist with onboarding, background checks, references, and record management.
• Experience: 2 years in recruitment (call center or high-volume customer service).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Home Care sector and proficiency in WellSky (mandatory).
• Language Skills: Advanced English, fluent speaking, clear and professional communication.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, persistence, strong organizational skills, and capacity to work under pressure.
