This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
β’ Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly grasp the competencies and requirements for each position, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
β’ Employ innovative sourcing techniques to tap into diverse talent pools, including unconventional avenues to expand our reach.
β’ Act as a strategic consultant to our hiring managers, providing insights into market trends and effective hiring practices.
β’ Actively cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships with prospective hires.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
β’ Proven success in implementing proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with the capability to attract and engage passive candidates.
β’ History of collaborating with C-level executives to advance strategic hiring initiatives within high-growth tech startups.
β’ Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
β’ Strong grasp of the competitive landscape and effective strategies for engaging top talent in the enterprise tech sector.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate candidates and influence hiring outcomes.
