📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

• Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly grasp the competencies and requirements for each position, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.

• Employ innovative sourcing techniques to tap into diverse talent pools, including unconventional avenues to expand our reach.

• Act as a strategic consultant to our hiring managers, providing insights into market trends and effective hiring practices.

• Actively cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and nurturing relationships with prospective hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.

• Proven success in implementing proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with the capability to attract and engage passive candidates.

• History of collaborating with C-level executives to advance strategic hiring initiatives within high-growth tech startups.

• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

• Strong grasp of the competitive landscape and effective strategies for engaging top talent in the enterprise tech sector.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate candidates and influence hiring outcomes.
