Recruiter – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Posting job vacancies

• Screening resumes and contacting candidates

• Conducting phone or video interviews

• Coordinating onboarding processes and documentation

• Tracking and managing candidates in spreadsheets or internal systems

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment

• Preferably prior experience in temporary services or HR consulting

• Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms
