This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Commit to being a dedicated learner in your field and gain insights into the Oil and Gas industry to effectively engage with our workforce.
• Analyze resumes to comprehend candidate experiences, qualifications, certifications, etc., to swiftly and effectively pinpoint individuals for current and prospective clients.
• Identify suitable candidates for various positions across multiple sectors.
• Utilize internal networks/platforms to find potential candidates.
• Recruit prospective candidates outside of RigUp through diverse sourcing methods.
• Persuade potential candidates about the opportunities and benefits of RigUp to establish a pipeline of available workers in the energy sector.
• Work alongside sales partners and leadership to strategize and implement key priorities, including sourcing and submitting candidates.
• Assist the Workforce team in addressing inquiries or requests for workers.
• Offer market insights and trends based on your recruiting and sourcing experience to inform and educate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (such as recruiting, sales support, client success, onboarding, etc.).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Experience collaborating with account managers, executives, and sales teams.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities with differing deadlines.
• Proficient in using various computer platforms simultaneously for different tasks.
• Ability to maintain relationships through text messaging, (cold) calls, and adaptable availability based on client needs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diverse range of audiences.
• Exceptional responsiveness and the adaptability to meet client needs beyond regular business hours.
