Recruiter, Non-Profit Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee various job vacancies from initiation to completion

• Review resumes and coordinate screening calls with candidates

• Organize interviews for hiring managers

• Deliver weekly progress reports on designated openings

• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for filling positions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an internal recruiter

• Background in direct services or allied health non-profit sectors

• Experience in public relations, community outreach, sales, or event management

• Familiarity with a range of recruitment technology tools, including ATS and calendar scheduling

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Teams
