Recruiter – Multiple Verticals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for onboarding new hires across various verticals (time-to-hire: 14 days)

• Providing an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants, including those who are not selected (SLA for feedback: 24h)

• Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously

• Demonstrated expertise in hiring for remote roles in various regions

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools for increased efficiency

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workable

• Strong viewpoints on recruitment practices. You possess ideas on how processes should be conducted and enjoy discussing them.

🏝️ Benefits

• $1,250/month for the initial 90 days

• $1,500/month following 90 days, contingent on strong performance

• Commission structure to be determined
