This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct a comprehensive job scope meeting with the hiring manager to establish position specifications.
• Review candidates who have submitted applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements and decide who will proceed in the recruitment process.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans to identify the most suitable candidate sources.
• Source candidates utilizing resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms through Boolean search techniques.
• Seek and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal sources.
• Engage with candidates through various media channels and clearly communicate the value proposition.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are informed and adequately prepared.
• Draft and use phone interview templates that align with the job description.
• Assist the hiring manager in defining offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Strive to present a robust candidate slate and provide precise reporting on recruitment activities.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous.
