Recruiter – LTE – Light Industrial/Production, High Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process.

• Represent the client as a brand ambassador.

• Dedicated to providing outstanding talent while maintaining proactive and timely updates on the progress of the search.

• Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative guidance and industry knowledge to the hiring leader.

• Facilitate comprehensive job scope meetings with hiring leaders to establish position specifications.

• Assess candidates who have submitted applications through the ATS and evaluate their qualifications against job requirements.

• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing initiatives.

• Identify candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms utilizing Boolean search techniques.

• Employ a suitable combination of media to engage with talent communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.

• At least two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Skilled in Boolean search methods for candidate sourcing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
