This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for international business roles spanning Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and various other functions.
• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate evaluations, sourcing strategies, and closing tactics.
• Design and implement focused sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and secure top talent across EMEA and additional global markets.
• Create regional talent maps in key markets, identifying high-performing companies, competitor talent pools, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every interaction, reflecting TRM’s talent standards, mission, and operational principles.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and funnel conversion metrics to assess search effectiveness, guide hiring teams, and adjust recruiting strategies in real-time.
• Foster a sense of urgency and enhance decision-making quality throughout searches by promoting clear calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring choices.
• Continuously refine international recruitment processes, focusing on intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategies, debrief rigor, and offer execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to address international hiring challenges and maintain efficient search progress.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in supporting international business hiring within high-growth technology firms.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for roles in Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• In-depth understanding of EMEA talent markets, with the capability to tailor search strategies based on region, function, and candidate profile.
• Strong grasp of search fundamentals, including market mapping, talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, candidate evaluation, and closing techniques.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, operations, and additional functions.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics, assess funnel health, conversion rates, market data, and candidate pipeline quality, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, capable of building trust, influencing hiring managers, thoughtfully pushing back, and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring journey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to clearly summarize market insights, candidate trade-offs, and search progress for stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, persistence, and judgment in managing ambiguous, specialized, and critical business searches.
• Competence in effectively operating in a remote, globally distributed environment with significant overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours.
