This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Accountable for delivering World Class Recruiting Services
• Identifies, recruits, conducts interviews, and recommends candidates for entry and mid-level, high-volume positions
• Cultivates strong working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
• Ensures adherence to all legal requirements related to recruiting
• Accurately evaluates the staffing requirements of business units and implements necessary actions to achieve service levels
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is mandatory
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a relevant area is required
