Recruiter II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process while collaborating closely with business leaders to identify and attract top talent.

• Identify, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the hiring manager.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.

• Maintain productive working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure service level agreements are met.

• Ensure adherence to all legal standards in the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a relevant area is required.
