This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment process while collaborating closely with business leaders to identify and attract top talent.
β’ Identify, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the hiring manager.
β’ Cultivate strong working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.
β’ Maintain productive working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
β’ Ensure adherence to all legal standards in the recruitment process.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a relevant area is required.
