This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process, including negotiation and acceptance, as part of the contractor hiring administrative procedures.
• Facilitate the on-boarding process for new contractors.
• Oversee and administer established external and internal recruitment processes.
• Build and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team.
• Keep the management team updated on market conditions that impact contractor recruitment.
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction goals by ensuring full recruitment for all assigned accounts.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
