This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify and recruit candidates through job boards, ATS platforms, and internal resources.
• Perform preliminary candidate assessments using structured interview frameworks.
• Organize interviews and oversee the recruitment process from beginning to end.
• Keep precise and well-structured records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to established recruitment procedures, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Assist with administrative recruitment duties and necessary documentation.
• Acquire and implement best practices in home care and healthcare recruiting.
• Evaluate and address initial candidate applications and questions.
• Oversee onboarding responsibilities for new employees using platforms like WorkBright.
• Leverage tools such as Indeed, university job boards, and internal systems.
• Help with payroll, billing, invoicing, and audit-related activities.
• Aid in new customer onboarding processes through shared inboxes.
• Foster a collaborative and team-centered environment.
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar field.
• Proficient English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
• Ability to adhere to structured processes and follow detailed instructions effectively.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools, ATS, and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes and standards in the healthcare sector.
