Recruiter – High Volume Skilled Trades

• Focus on addressing the business requirements of a key client.

• Oversee all facets of recruitment while providing outstanding customer service to candidates and clients.

• Manage 40-60 job requisitions simultaneously across various time zones.

• Engage with enthusiastic candidates to align them with job opportunities.

• Cultivate relationships to create a robust candidate pipeline.

• Enhance the effectiveness of sourcing methods and foster a diverse candidate pipeline.

• Fulfill client commitments and ensure an exceptional hiring experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

• Proven track record in recruiting for both salaried and hourly roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load, handling 40 or more open positions at once.

• Capable of effectively recruiting and engaging candidates across different time zones.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates in a fast-paced setting.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required.
