Recruiter – Healthcare, Veterinary Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates while creating focused recruitment lists

• Initiate outreach efforts and cultivate relationships with prospective candidates

• Draft and enhance job descriptions as well as candidate profiles

• Determine optimal platforms for job postings and effective messaging strategies

• Establish and oversee a systematic follow-up process

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring rigorous quality control

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment is highly advantageous!

• Background in healthcare and/or veterinary recruitment is preferred

• Familiarity with Bullhorn (Recruitment CRM) is a significant advantage, though not mandatory!

• Experience in LinkedIn recruiting and conducting outreach via Zoom or other virtual platforms

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• EA-level accuracy - must be highly organized and detail-focused
