This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, dedicated to providing outstanding talent.

• Facilitate comprehensive job scope meetings with hiring leaders to outline position specifications.

• Evaluate candidates who have applied through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans.

• Identify candidates using Boolean search techniques and request referrals.

• Prepare candidates for interviews and deliver prompt updates regarding their applications.

• Administer skills assessments and analyze results when applicable.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey and collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with a track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Skilled in Boolean search methodologies for candidate sourcing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
