This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Discover and engage high-caliber talent through diverse sourcing methods.
• Perform screening calls and conduct comprehensive interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage job postings, CV evaluations, and candidate selection.
• Keep recruitment reports updated and monitor hiring metrics.
• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience with hiring in GCC countries is essential.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Experience with ATS is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
