Recruiter – Functional Service Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and recruit exceptional talent across various functions.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, utilizing proactive sourcing strategies and market insights.

• Handle multiple requisitions concurrently while ensuring a remarkable experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

• Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition team members to create targeted recruitment strategies.

• Develop diverse talent pipelines and facilitate efficient hiring processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Proven track record in managing recruitment delivery within agency, FSP, or high-volume recruiting settings.

• Recruiting experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions at once while achieving hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements.

• Strong sourcing skills employing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media recruiting strategies.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to formulate recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.

• Capability to establish and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; Workday experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on utilizing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to enhance performance and inform decision-making.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, consultation, and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
