This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as a brand representative for the client.
• Provide outstanding talent while ensuring proactive communication regarding the search status.
• Conduct comprehensive job scope discussions with hiring leaders.
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to the job requirements.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing or sourcing strategies.
• Identify candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms.
• Utilize various media to engage with talent communities.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and offer timely updates on their application progress.
• Draft and employ phone interview templates and administer skills assessments as necessary.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details and present job offers to candidates.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
