This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment process

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client

• Conduct a comprehensive job scope discussion with the hiring leader to define position specifications

• Review candidate applications submitted through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements

• Create and manage recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans

• Identify candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms using Boolean search techniques

• Utilize a balanced mix of media to engage with talent communities

• Prepare candidates effectively for interviews

• Draft and implement phone interview templates

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

• Deliver precise and timely reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader and Cielo leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required

• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred

• At least two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

• Skilled in Boolean search methods for candidate sourcing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics pertinent to talent acquisition
