This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both field and corporate roles within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division.
• Identify candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and additional recruitment avenues.
• Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Organize interviews with hiring managers and aid in making timely hiring decisions.
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel across the nation.
• Monitor candidate progress and maintain precise records within the applicant tracking system.
• Design and publish compelling job advertisements on various platforms.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Formulate recruiting strategies to meet rapid project staffing needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide management with regular updates.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to comprehend workforce requirements and anticipate hiring needs.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
