Recruiter – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review resumes and applications, conducting video interviews to identify suitable candidates, and extend conditional job offers.

• Coordinate job assessments and background checks in line with company policies.

• Ensure accurate and compliant recruiting-related activities and documentation using the company's Applicant Tracking System.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior relevant experience is necessary; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.

• An outgoing and personable demeanor, with the ability to build rapport swiftly.

• Quick adaptability to learn new systems and processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, particularly its scheduling features.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized.

• Self-motivated and confident in working independently.
