This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as a liaison between business areas, account managers, technical leaders, and candidates, assisting in accurately defining the talent needs of the Data & AI practice and ensuring an agile, contextualized selection process that aligns with project and client realities.
• The individual will be responsible not only for candidate management but also for providing insight into profile definitions, understanding the technological context, and performing initial validation of functional and consultative fit.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, technical leaders, and practice managers to grasp the true needs of each project or client.
• Assist in transforming ambiguous or generic requirements into clear, actionable job descriptions.
• Understand the distinctions between profiles such as: Data Engineering, Data Analytics/BI, Data Science, AI Engineering, GenAI/LLMOps, Cloud Data Architecture, Data Governance and Quality, and MLOps/Platform Engineering.
• Identify the necessary seniority, consultative capabilities, and cultural fit for each position.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and profiles received.
• Validate basic technical experience and coherence in professional history.
• Identify signs of real project experience rather than just superficial knowledge of technologies.
• Conduct initial interviews to explain the company's context and the Data & AI practice.
• Previous experience in technology selection, ideally in consulting or IT services environments.
• Specific experience with Data, Cloud, or AI profiles is desirable.
• Ability to engage in functional conversations regarding technologies and technical roles.
• English proficiency - B2.
• General familiarity with ecosystems such as: AWS, Azure, and GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python and SQL, Generative AI and LLMs, RAG architectures and agents, modern data platforms.
• A hands-on technical profile is not required, but the ability to understand contexts and differentiate profiles is essential.
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Consultative orientation.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete profiles.
• Good judgment in evaluating professional and cultural fit.
• Organization and management of multiple processes.
• Capacity to build trust with both internal clients and candidates.
• Participate in the growth of a strategic Data & AI practice.
• Exposure to innovative projects in AI, cloud, and advanced analytics.
• Direct collaboration with architects, technical leaders, and business managers.
