• Take charge of the complete recruitment cycle for corporate, SG&A, and revenue-generating positions, including Business Development Representatives, account management, operations, finance, HR, and administrative roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create role profiles, develop engaging job postings, and devise targeted sourcing strategies for each function.
• Actively source and connect with passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Perform comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest levels.
• Oversee the offer process, negotiate compensation within set ranges, and guide candidates toward acceptance.
• Expand into full-cycle Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and related clinical roles as Curana's clinical presence expands.
• Acquire and implement clinical-specific sourcing techniques utilizing platforms such as Doximity, Seekout, LinkedIn, along with outreach, residency program engagement, and direct contact with passive clinicians.
• Keep accurate and timely candidate records and requisition documentation in iCIMS throughout the entire hiring process.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics across all functions, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
• Work alongside the broader Talent Acquisition team to enhance processes, strengthen employer branding, and improve the candidate experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven success record in corporate, SG&A, or sales/revenue role recruitment (BDRs, account executives, or similar).
• Proven ability to source and secure candidates in competitive, high-volume settings.
• Comfort with proactive, direct outreach, including cold sourcing for passive candidates.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a diverse range of candidate profiles and hiring manager styles.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or speed.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with iCIMS is a plus.
• A genuine curiosity about healthcare and a willingness to develop clinical recruiting expertise over time.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote work environment.
