• 2–3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, call center agent, customer support representative, or in a related position.
• Enjoy engaging in phone conversations and communicating with caregivers via email and phone.
• Familiarity with various software and CRM tools.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
