• Offer telephone support and assistance to caregivers.

• Carry out telephone qualification and onboarding processes for caregivers.

• Assist clients in locating suitable caregivers.

• Provide support to caregivers throughout their assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Romanian.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in German.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, call center agent, customer support representative, or in a related position.

• Enjoy engaging in phone conversations and communicating with caregivers via email and phone.

• Familiarity with various software and CRM tools.

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

• Hands-on approach to tasks.
