Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and hire candidates for operational, administrative, and strategic roles;

• Advertise job vacancies on relevant platforms including job boards, social media, and niche sites;

• Conduct interviews in various cities throughout the region, evaluating candidates' technical and behavioral skills;

• Maintain communication with candidates during the selection process and offer constructive feedback;

• Compile reports and provide updates regarding the progress of selection activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection is advantageous;

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred;

• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable;

• Must possess personal equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes.
