📋 Description

• Daily, you assist e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting issues via phone, email, and Zoom.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

• Identify recurring problems and enhance our solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).

• Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement).

• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.

• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.

• Open to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first approach.

• Fluent in German and English.
