This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements across various online platforms, job boards, and social media outlets.
β’ Identify qualified candidates for open roles by sourcing and screening resumes/CVs, and performing initial phone interviews as necessary.
β’ Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring prompt communication and follow-up.
β’ Prepare materials and logistics for interviews, including schedules, candidate assessments, and arrangements for video conferencing.
β’ Facilitate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, offering updates, feedback, and guidance as required.
β’ Keep accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), monitoring progress and status changes.
β’ Perform reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for professional interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
β’ Technical Requirements: Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs; RAM: minimum 16 GB; Internet Speed: at least 50 Mbps; USB headset with noise-canceling (preferably).
