This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and source qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions within the US virtual staffing industry.
• Employ advanced Boolean search methods to find passive candidates across various sourcing platforms.
• Actively develop and maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Perform candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Organize interview schedules and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure precise documentation and uphold ATS standards by updating candidate records and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to comprehend hiring needs and role specifications.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies that facilitate scaling hiring in a startup setting.
• Demonstrated experience in US virtual staffing recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong passive sourcing capabilities and experience in identifying candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with a keen focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
