This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process across LATAM and Europe, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and finalizing candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional channels (not limited to job boards and LinkedIn), targeting niche communities, referrals, networks, and region-specific sources.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor: align on role specifications, establish assessment criteria, and guarantee a transparent, business-friendly hiring process.
• Execute recruitment in a data-informed manner: track funnel conversion rates, pinpoint bottlenecks, assess source effectiveness, and suggest experiments to enhance speed and quality.
• Perform market and talent mapping research for challenging-to-fill roles, delivering insights on compensation, availability, and competitive landscape.
• Persistently enhance recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate experience as the organization expands.
• Demonstrated experience in international recruitment (whether in-house or agency) with complete ownership of the hiring cycle.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish (daily operations conducted in English; confident in managing stakeholders).
• A genuinely data-driven approach: comfortable monitoring funnel metrics and utilizing data to inform decisions.
• Strong sourcing abilities with a knack for engaging and closing senior-level and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
• **Nice-to-have:**
• Recruitment experience in construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or related fields.
• An engineering background or a strong analytical/technical foundation that facilitates a quicker understanding of complex profiles.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
