This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in comprehensive sourcing operations by merging administrative accuracy with proactive and innovative recruitment approaches.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various projects and programs.
• Perform in-depth job-board research to identify effective posting channels tailored to project specifications.
• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple job boards and online communities.
• Implement creative sourcing techniques to discover specialized, rare, niche, or hard-to-find talent pools.
• Facilitate crowd recruitment efforts, which include sourcing extensive, diverse groups of task-based contributors across various markets.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain scalable sourcing pipelines that can swiftly adapt to high-volume recruitment demands.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to draw in high-caliber candidates.
• Engage in daily communication with candidates, ensuring prompt and clear responses to inquiries.
• Assist in screening and qualification processes in accordance with project guidelines.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and compile internal sourcing reports.
• Keep organized recruitment records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sourcing practices and workflows continually.
• Identify sourcing obstacles, suggest solutions, and execute process enhancements.
• Help establish partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks.
• Promote candidate engagement initiatives throughout the candidate journey.
• Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by the manager/supervisor.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates within North America.
• Familiarity with posting and researching job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards).
• Practical experience with ATS and resource management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural, or virtual work environments.
• Background in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
• Experience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting is highly preferred.
