This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of positions across different business units.

• Act as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers and HR departments.

• Create and implement effective sourcing strategies.

• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Influence talent strategy while embodying the culture and values of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

• Draw in qualified candidates to support the advancement of the company’s mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.

• Preferred areas of study include Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; familiarity with Workday is preferred.

• Skilled in Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.

• Capable of managing high-volume recruitment across various business functions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong stakeholder management and consultation abilities at all levels of the organization.

• Competent in data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.

• Experience with metrics tracking, creating dashboards, and providing data-driven recruiting insights.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in project management and process improvement.

• Background in representing a company at recruitment events and career fairs.

• Understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations.

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence through collaboration.
