This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Play a key role in attracting qualified talent to support our mission of creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of FSP roles throughout North America.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to formulate effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop robust talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Influence our talent strategy while embodying our organizational culture.
• An Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with a preference for knowledge of Workday.
• Strong skills in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment across various business functions; prior FSP experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for metrics and presentations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consultation skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting to facilitate insights and informed decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; fluency in English is required.
• Additional language proficiency is advantageous (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing others through collaboration.
• Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruitment insights.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
