This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and connect with potential participants for clinical trials.
• Conduct phone interviews to gather demographic and medical history information.
• Arrange scheduling for volunteers to attend screening and/or consent appointments.
• Execute administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and managing spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant formal academic or vocational certification.
• Previous experience in customer service (6 months to 1 year).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
