📋 Description

• Become a part of our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you will play a crucial role in attracting skilled talent to further our mission of creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

• In the capacity of a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic talent advisor, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across different business units.

• You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to devise effective sourcing strategies, cultivate robust talent pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.

• Preferred academic disciplines include Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools, with a preference for knowledge of Workday.

• Strong skills in sourcing strategies such as Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruitment.

• Proven capability to manage high-volume recruitment across various business functions.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for metrics and presentations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation abilities at all levels of the organization.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to facilitate insights and informed decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

• Additional language skills are advantageous (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).

• A proven history of building relationships and influencing through collaborative efforts.

• Experience in metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruitment insights.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.

• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations.
