This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify their talent requirements and formulate targeted recruitment strategies.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from job intake and sourcing to negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding hand-off.

• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs through proactive outreach, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials that attract top-tier candidates.

• Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and evaluate candidates for both skill set and cultural fit.

• Utilize data and recruiting metrics to continually enhance processes and provide updates on hiring progress to stakeholders.

• Work together with the broader People team to improve the candidate experience and refine our employer branding.

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in every facet of the hiring process.

• Keep informed about talent market trends, compensation standards, and best practices in contemporary recruiting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-focused company.

• Demonstrated success in filling positions across various departments and levels.

• Strong sourcing abilities with practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and innovative outreach methods.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — capable of quickly building rapport and authentically representing our brand.

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• A data-driven approach with the capacity to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage them for decision-making.

• Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset — acting as a partner rather than merely a process manager.

• Experience in recruiting within fintech, financial services, or a remote-first setting is a plus.
