This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for various projects and programs.
• Conduct in-depth job-board research to pinpoint effective posting channels tailored to project needs.
• Develop and publish job advertisements across multiple job boards and online communities.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to uncover specialized, rare, niche, or hard-to-find talent pools.
• Assist in crowd recruitment efforts by sourcing extensive, diverse groups of task-based contributors across different markets.
• Establish, cultivate, and manage scalable sourcing funnels that can swiftly address high-volume recruitment demands.
• Leverage social media and professional networks to attract top-tier candidates.
• Maintain daily communication with candidates, ensuring prompt and clear responses to inquiries.
• Aid in screening and qualification processes in accordance with project guidelines.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs while preparing internal sourcing reports.
• Keep recruitment documentation organized and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sourcing practices and workflows continuously.
• Identify sourcing challenges, suggest solutions, and implement process enhancements.
• Assist in building relationships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks.
• Support candidate engagement initiatives throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates within North America.
• Familiarity with posting and researching job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards).
• Practical experience with ATS and resource management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or matrix organization.
• Strongly preferred experience in specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting.
