This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruiters will identify, assess, and evaluate candidates interested in per diem or travel positions following established guidelines.
• Candidates are sourced through recruiting websites, approved social media channels, employee referrals, and on-site resources to enhance the candidate pipeline and support in-house recruitment efforts.
• Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies utilizing the latest techniques and media.
• Cultivates relationships and networks to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming openings, ensuring timely staffing solutions.
• Oversees the Applicant Tracking System and job postings to attract qualified applicants effectively.
• Regularly monitors and reports on vacant positions and applicant statuses to Leadership on a weekly basis.
• Manages the pipeline of potential TRA network employees.
• Conducts qualifying discussions with candidates to assess their suitability for Tenet Health’s current or future staffing needs, reviewing key information such as experience, certifications, state licenses, and interest in travel or per diem assignments.
• Primarily focuses on all licensed and certified roles.
• Calculates salary offers, presents them, and negotiates terms with candidates.
• Sends application links along with relevant assessments and checklists to qualified candidates.
• Provides ongoing follow-up to ensure candidates complete applications, assessments, and skills checklists.
• Initiates onboarding tasks for candidates and notifies the onboarding team, completing final hiring documentation in Red Carpet.
• Maintains processes and procedures for applicant selection and pre-employment/post-offer screening.
• Closes job requisitions in accordance with departmental policies, informing unsuccessful candidates of their application status.
• Collaborates with the operations team to ensure synergy and support for Tenet markets.
• Keeps abreast of market conditions to effectively communicate with candidates.
• Ensures adherence to corporate policies.
• Maintains updated employee databases, including data modifications, personnel information, and status changes.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Labor Standards in the administration of compensation practices.
• Prepares various reports as requested.
• Anticipates and resolves issues based on the needs and expectations of our customers.
• Strives to meet and exceed monthly hiring targets.
• Upholds confidentiality and secures appropriate access to all employee information.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Required: 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales.
