This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out comprehensive life-cycle recruitment for designated requisitions utilizing established recruiting processes and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, offer guidance on recruiting process steps, and assist in candidate evaluation.
• Available to support the APAC region as recruiting needs arise, which will necessitate reasonable schedule flexibility for meetings with our APAC leaders. Typically, this involves occasional early morning or early evening calls, as required.
• Evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closure of requisitions.
• Oversee daily recruiting activities, proactively addressing any issues that arise during the hiring process.
• Ensure that recruiting activities adhere to established policies, documentation requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain precise requisition, candidate, and interview data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems.
• Leverage recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline status, time-to-fill) to manage workload and enhance personal recruiting effectiveness.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Required: 1+ years of experience in a full-cycle, hands-on recruiting role.
• Preferred: Experience supporting professional, technical, or specialized roles.
• Preferred: RPO experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities concurrently with a strong focus on detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Required: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage recruiting workflows and deliver timely results.
