This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with registered candidates, ensuring their information on availability, work status, certifications, and market trends is always current.
• Conduct research to identify and attract new candidates to assist Senior Account Managers.
• Encourage referrals and recommendations to enhance the candidate pipeline.
• Oversee candidate applications and guarantee efficient processing.
• Assess, shortlist, and present qualified candidates based on specified job criteria.
• Aid in recruitment and selection processes by coordinating with candidates and internal teams.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and monitor their engagement levels.
• Consistently achieve established KPIs and targets.
• Source freelance and contract personnel for offshore and project-specific assignments.
• Develop and sustain a dynamic, scalable candidate pipeline that meets project demands.
• Perform market research to identify emerging skills, availability trends, and talent pools.
• Assist with urgent and time-sensitive project requirements.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for deployed personnel (including flights, hotels, trains, and vehicles).
• Support mobilization planning in accordance with project timelines.
• Ensure all necessary candidate documentation is complete before mobilization.
• Maintain precise and updated candidate and client records within the CRM.
• Provide initial support for recruitment-related inquiries.
• Carry out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant policies and legislation.
• Manage schedules for calls and interviews with Account Managers and Team Leaders.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams on current requirements.
• Adhere to management systems, payroll, billing, and database protocols.
• Offer professional feedback to candidates consistently.
• Assist Senior Account Managers with insights on candidates, tracking availability, and gathering market intelligence.
• Clearly communicate with internal teams regarding candidate status and pipeline developments.
• Comprehend and support the entire sales and delivery process.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or candidate coordination (preferably in contract, offshore, or project-based recruitment).
• Proficient in handling high-volume, process-driven recruitment in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and data-focused capabilities.
• Clear, concise, and factual communication style; capable of working with metrics and structured processes.
• Solid CRM/database management and sourcing proficiency.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads, particularly during peak recruitment periods.
• Open to flexible work hours and occasional travel coordination.
• Will adhere to Singapore holidays.
