Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee job advertisements on Indeed and various recruiting platforms.

• Identify potential candidates for door-to-door sales and installer roles.

• Review resumes and conduct phone or video interviews.

• Assess candidates using predefined hiring criteria.

• Organize interviews with hiring managers when necessary.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Create and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to address ongoing hiring demands.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and track hiring progress.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first contact through the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting candidates for positions based in the U.S.

• Experience in sourcing international candidates for employment in the United States is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.

• Strong skills in interviewing and evaluating candidates.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple job openings at once.

• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
