This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the complete recruiting process for two primary talent streams: Healthcare positions in the U.S., including Providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) and Dietitians.
• Corporate roles on a global scale, encompassing fields such as Marketing, Finance, Tech, Operations, and others as the organization expands.
• Actively source and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Review resumes and conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruitment needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Advocate for and continually enhance the candidate experience from the initial contact to the offer stage, ensuring alignment with Shapely's values.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives across job descriptions, outreach messaging, and communications with candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and anticipated openings.
• In collaboration with the HR Manager, ensure accurate and current reporting on personnel, new hires, and TA KPIs.
• Monitor, analyze, and refine recruiting metrics (such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness) to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Bring innovative ideas to the forefront and lead special projects that enhance our talent acquisition function.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for the U.S. market (mandatory).
• Practical experience with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
• Strategic thinker: you look beyond the immediate requirements and view talent as a long-term asset for the business.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in dynamic startup environments where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the process.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
