This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactively sourcing and recruiting childcare personnel
• Overseeing and facilitating the interview process as well as the onboarding of new staff
• Managing talent acquisition for Supply/On-Call Staff and Short to Long-Term Contract Staff
• Generating recruitment posts weekly on Facebook, Instagram, and the company website
• Monitoring return on investment (ROI) on a weekly basis
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance social media posts when necessary
• Identifying appropriate groups, blogs, and websites for job postings
• Overseeing the e-Orientation site to ensure that targets are achieved
• Encouraging candidates to complete their training courses
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a recruitment role
• Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Experience in mass recruitment is advantageous
• Ability to network effectively in required areas, including colleges and community employment centers
• A Positive Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is mandatory
• Proficient in using technology, both on computers and mobile applications
• Demonstrated experience in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under tight deadlines and pressure
