Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including conducting intake sessions, developing sourcing strategies, posting job openings, performing screenings, coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate selection, negotiating offers, closing offers, and completing pre-boarding tasks.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and formulate customized recruitment, interview, and advertising strategies.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, college outreach, community hiring events, etc.) and manage candidate pipelines.

• Identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems (ATS), boolean searches, and various established and innovative tools and sources.

• Develop focused outreach campaigns aimed at engaging passive talent.

• Conduct structured phone and video screenings, and gather interview feedback efficiently.

• Provide recommendations regarding offers, align compensation, and develop closing strategies.

• Ensure precise ATS documentation and adherence to hiring practices.

• Analyze and monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to meet or surpass hiring objectives while reporting on recruitment trends.

• Actively participate in enhancing processes, promoting employer branding, and improving the candidate experience.

• Track candidate and hiring manager satisfaction through feedback surveys.

• Manage assigned recruitment projects while balancing a full recruiting workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house) within a high-volume recruitment setting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.

• Proficient in utilizing sourcing and recruiting tools such as ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capability to evaluate talent against job requirements and provide guidance to hiring teams.

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction.

• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in recruiting within the technology or data center sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of current federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and regulations.

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, in spoken and written form.
